LEED Gold v4 ND / SÜPERKENT
İstanbul'un en önemli sürdürülebilir şehircilik projelerinden birisidir. Proje kapsamında İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin Sultangazi Kentsel Dönüşüm Alanında 860 konut ve 24 işyeri olan bölgede sürüdürülebilir şehircilik uygulaması yapılmıştır.
